Organizations who want to re energize, improve their working relationships and interpersonal skills.

 

Purpose

To develop a consensus-based cohesive culture supported by Vision and Values that define team behavior.

The participants will produce the following:

  • Team Rules.
  • Next Steps - an action plan to carry back and continue to grow.

Objectives
  • To develop a cohesive team with necessary tools to continue the process after the seminar.
  • To develop an awareness of what an effective team can accomplish.
  • To build camaraderie amongst the team.
