We have designed a comprehensive set of training programs that communicate a consistent message.  Our core classes, combined, deliver a consistent, comprehensive and compelling set of skills that are built upon the fundamental principles of facilitation.  We have pulled these together to create training programs that enable your organization to gain these skills in a well-planned, focused manner - Total FoCuSeD™.

 

We designed these training programs with the organization in mind.  Training is better when it is planned, progress is monitored to see that it is applied, and feedback is gathered to assess and enhance future training.

 

Total FoCuSeD™ has four components: initial consultation, delivering/monitoring, feedback, and communication.  We have designed these components to wrap around a series of our core classes, based on your needs, to ensure that the training makes the most impact on your staff.  We take your staff through systematic approach to provide them with the skills needed to enhance their effectiveness and productivity in business and in life.

 

We begin with an Initial Consultation.  The purpose is for Gary Rush, CPF to meet with you to identify your training needs.  We will identify the purpose and scope of the training program and the measures of success.  From this, Gary will produce a written Program Design report identifying the selected program(s).

 

Once the Program Design report is accepted, MGR Consulting will deliver/monitor the training.

 

We close the loop with feedback - a Training Assessment Workshop.  Gary Rush, CPF will facilitate your staff to identify what worked, what didn't work, and what could be improved as they move forward.  This feedback is considered to enhance your future training.

 

We maintain communication with your staff to keep the training fresh through our FoCuSeD™ eNewsletter.  The FoCuSeD™ eNewsletter is published periodically throughout the year and delivers new ideas, tools, and concepts.

 

Total FoCuSeD™ consists of a Collaborative Organization - Overall Program and/or three Program Subsets:

 

• (1) Facilitator Program
• (2) Leadership Program
• (3) Facilitative Skills Program

 

This overall program is designed to transform your organization.  This program includes a Management Workshop, delivers the three Program Subsets, and optional classes to develop a proactive program to create a culture of collaboration within your organization.

 

This program is designed to develop highly skilled and effective Facilitators and is also geared towards those who aspire to achieve the designation of IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator (CPF).

This program is designed to develop highly effective collaborative leaders to make more of an impact at work.

This program is designed to successfully develop effective Facilitative Skills and specific tools to improve team performance to meet project needs.
