The FoCuSeD™ Advanced Class - "Facilitating Change and Innovation"



Gary Rush's 2-day highly interactive class steps you through "how to" use your Facilitator skills to enable change and innovation in your organization. Change is inevitable - especially in today's economic environment. This calls for a new way of doing business. As Facilitators, through the use of effective skills and processes, we are in the best position to help.


PMI-R.E.P. - This class confers 16 Professional Development Units (PDUs) upon completion to those attendees who are certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs).

Abstract

As Facilitators, through the use of effective skills and processes, we are in the best position to help. In this highly interactive class, learn how to make it real. Topics include:

 

  • Change – what are the phases of change?
  • What workshops do you conduct and what processes do you use?
  • How do you define compelling needs, solutions, and implementation plans?
  • How do you overcome barriers, deal with groups, and manage expectations?

Objectives

The FoCuSeD™ Advanced Class - "Facilitating Change and Innovation" is designed so that the students will be able to:

 

  • Describe the phases of change and the impact effective Facilitator skills have to make it happen.
  • Enhance their facilitative skills with the addition of effective processes and tools to enable groups to define a need, solutions, and ways to create innovation.
  • Address problems or barriers that impede change.
  • Share ideas and learn from others.

Materials

Each attendee receives:

 

  • "Facilitating Change and Innovation" by Gary Rush, CPF
  • Class handouts with agenda and exercises.
  • Class certificate of completion.

Class Size

The class will be held for a minimum of 10 up to a maximum of 100.
