Gary Rush's 2-day highly interactive class steps you through "how to" deal with real time last minute changes or problems with the agenda, participants, logistics, or topic. It steps you through "how to” be more flexible, more confident, and more interactive. You will learn “how to” design your own group exercises and conduct Participant Engagement Tools (PETs) to deal with a variety of situations from diversity, group dysfunction, and creativity to decision-making. This class is ideal for experienced Facilitators.
Gary is a Thiagi Certified Trainer and will be bringing this approach to designing meaningful games, exercises, and tools (Participant Engagement Tools - PETs) that are relevant, motivating, and effective to engage participants, improving involvement and participation.
