"As we move towards an era when outsourcing is commonplace, co-creating, co-working, and the gig economy increases, skills, such as self-awareness, team building, trust, communication, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving become more critical. The ability to bring people together and accomplish good work in business and in life - group facilitation skills - is a skill set that cannot be outsourced. Increasingly, these skills are being included as core competencies in many job roles because people develop better ideas that benefit the greater whole. See "Critical Skills for Success..."

This 1-day highly interactive class teaches you not only "how to"; it also teaches you to understand the "why" so that you can gain engagement, support and commitment. This class covers a set of group facilitation skills and tools along with a Problem-Solving Process. "The Problem-Solving Process is the most versatile and most used process in FoCuSeD™ to identify and/or solve problems due to its flexibility - it works well anytime you have to look at a situation, determine what needs to change, and what to do about it." This is also the basis for other techniques such as Six Sigma. This class develops Collaborative Leaders.
